after watching million dollar baby, gran torino and letters from iwo jima, i’ve got to say he’s a great director who can also act very well! he makes movies that really touches the heart, unlike alot of other movies nowadays that emphasize on 3D graphics, hype, and flashy stuff. and he acts in them, so well you wouldn’t believe he was the director as well.
my to-watch list:
changeling, flags of our fathers, mystic river, blood work

Oh finally I’ve found someone who finds Clint Eastwood a really good director!
Yes, Gran Torino is fantastic. Milllion Dollar Baby is not bad. Letters from Iwo Jima is awesome. But I wouldn’t recommend Blood Work, which is not really his best film. I personally recommend Mystic River, Unforgiven and A Perfect World.
You should also go for his Dirty Harry series. You won’t regret.
Hi david! Talking about movies and you pop up… heh. Since you recommend, I will download unforgiven and perfect world.
Btw just watched flags of our fathers. There were some nice scenes during the war, but didn’t really feel much from the movie. Expected more intensity towards the end. Perhaps we can’t relate as much to it since we’ve never (and hopefully ever have to) been involved in any war.
Cheers and keep watching (your Cat 3 films) =D
